This modern venue, a Grade I listed building, was built in 1672 after the destruction of the original hall during the Great Fire of London. Having survived the Blitz, it is one of the few Livery Halls to remain unchanged since the 17th Century.

Tallow Chandler's Hall has a secluded Courtyard, shaded by its fifty year old olive tree and is entered through a discreet entrance on Dowgate Hill. It provides a peaceful respite from the bustle of the City outside. Up to 120 guests can be entertained for al fresco drinks.

The venue can be hired for lunches and dinners, as well as meetings and formal briefings. This delightful historic building is a perfect setting for a late summer or day time party.
